Just across the street from the Hostería Alemana is this inexpensive residencial. The place doesn't have much style, but it is clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. The floors are wood, the walls mauve and light blue, and some rooms share a bathroom; there is a TV in the lounge. Really, the only truly interesting thing about this place is the stuffed puma in the living room.
