Millalen is near the town of El Bolson, which is two hours south of the city of San Carlos de Bariloche. Millalén is located 19 km south of El Bolsón, and 4 km from El Hoyo, on the road to Puerto Patriada ("el camino a Puerto Patriada").

Millalén is a small organic farm, situated in south-western Argentina near the Andes mountains at the 42nd parallel. This region of Argentina is geographically a natural attraction with its mountains, rivers, forests and lakes.
Within this natural landscape at Millalén (pronounced mee-ya-LEN, and meaning "golden cypress" in the local Mapuche language), we have introduced a variety of fruit and other trees, as well as some animals. The land now includes an organic vegetable garden that applies bio-intensive principles, flower garden, areas for recreation and a few buildings.
At Millalén the harmony of nature provides a contrast to city distractions, offering peace and tranquility.
Activities:
For us, work is the spirit that becomes visible in our daily tasks. The principal work areas are: the gardens, elaboration of jams and other farm products, construction, kitchen, building care and maintenance.
The products made from our fruit, vegetables and herbs are free of chemicals and other additives. Between September and May we have a stand at the Regional Street Fair in El Bolsón.
Periodically we share sacred circle dance and new games, enabling joyous connections among us and our visitors
To stay for more than a day, we ask that you call or write in advance to confirm your visit
bring a sleeping bag, collaborate in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the farm and buildings. come with an attitude of flexibility; at times there are other visitors here, but sometimes we are only 3 or 4 people.
Bungalow for rent
For people who wish more privacy, according to availability we offer the option of renting a picturesque bungalow (50 sq m), completely equipped for 5 people.
Workshops and Gatherings
During the year we offer Workshops and other Gatherings. These are organized programs, emphasizing a group experience, and therefore require a greater commitment from the participants. If you are interested, write to us for information.
